The council tax bands for each property by postcode have been sourced from the website of the Valuation Office Agency, which is an executive agency of HM Revenue and Customs. It allocates the correct council tax band to all homes in England and Wales.

The approximate annual council tax for each property has been sourced from statistical releases from the Welsh government (Wales) and the Department for Communities and Local Government (England). The amount shown is the area council tax for a dwelling occupied by two adults for that band.
